I will also use circular motions, kneading, and tapping techniques to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle tension.
Indian head massage is believed to have numerous benefits, including reducing stress, relieving headaches and migraines, improving sleep quality, increasing mental clarity, and promoting overall well-being.
